Welcome to the Lucid Engine Partner Program. We see this partnership as an extension of our team. By joining this program, you agree to the following rules, designed to ensure a healthy, profitable, and fair relationship for everyone.
Commission rate: You earn a 30% commission on every transaction generated by your referrals.
Recurring (Lifetime): This commission applies to all renewals as long as the customer remains subscribed. If the customer stays for 3 years, you earn your share for 3 years.
Validation period: Commissions are validated 30 days after customer payment. This delay allows us to cover the legal guarantee period and any refunds.
Payment threshold: Transfers are automatically triggered (via Reditus/PayPal) once your validated balance reaches €50 (or $50).
Tracking (Cookies): Our tracking cookie lifetime is 60 days.
2. Advertising Policy (PPC) - STRICT ⛔
To protect our brand integrity, we enforce a "Non-Compete" policy on search engines.
FORBIDDEN: It is strictly prohibited to buy advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) on keywords related to our brand: "Lucid Engine", "LucidEngine", "Lucid Engine Pricing", or any variation/misspelling.
FORBIDDEN: It is prohibited to use your affiliate link as a direct "final URL" in a paid advertising campaign.
ALLOWED: You may advertise on generic terms (e.g., "AI SEO Tool", "GEO Optimization"), provided the ad redirects to your own content (blog, video, comparison), which then contains your affiliate link.
Any violation of this clause will result in immediate account suspension and cancellation of pending commissions.
3. Self-Referral & Fraud 🛡️
The program's goal is to bring us new customers.
You cannot use your own affiliate link to subscribe to a plan for yourself or your own company.
"Cookie Stuffing" and spamming are strictly prohibited.
4. Communication & Brand Image 🤝
Lucid Engine is a "High-Specs" tool designed for professionals.
Transparency: Do not make unrealistic promises (e.g., "Guaranteed #1 on Google in 24h").
Identity: You are not authorized to impersonate an official employee or legal representative of Lucid Engine.
Content: We refuse any association with sites promoting illegal, discriminatory, or violent activities.
5. Termination
Lucid Engine reserves the right to terminate any partnership, at any time and without notice, in case of proven violation of these terms.
